Read what users of the concept from both very large and smaller organisations alike have to say about the Diversity Icebreaker's positive impact, and the energy and effectiveness that it enhances.

‘We use the Diversity Icebreaker in different levels of leadership program in our organisation, as well as to team-building purposes. The tool shows in a superb way that we are different and how the group dynamics are being established. And, last but not least, it generates a lot of energy!’

The Diversity Icebreaker has become a big “hit” in our organisation, because it is intuitive, simple and fun. We have often experienced that leaders who has participated in a Diversity Icebreaker seminar, want us to conduct it in their part of the organisation as well.

We have used the tool as a kick-off in projects, events with a large number of participants, in teambuilding sessions for smaller groups, or as a simple “get to know each other” exercise.
From the HR point of view, we experience that the tool yields significant results in comparison to being relatively little demanding of the facilitator and participants alike.

We also appreciate the tool’s flexibility. It can easily be adjusted in order to make the group reflect about what is most relevant in the given situation. We also find it interesting to compare the statistical DI data we collect, in order to learn what characterizes the different parts of our organisation.

‘I have now used DI with 30 leaders in Asia. Lots of fun – [and] incredible effects to observe in the groups.
- The Green filled the white board with unstructured ideas within 5 minutes time, got bored and disappeared from the conference room before quickly after.
- The Blue agreed that it was time for an individual reflection and reading, they sat down separately and opened their Personal Workbooks, before they begun with careful but structured descriptions of the different colours. Maximum of 3 bullet points for each colour.
- The Red did not finish, because there was so much to talk about.
