Blind Zones - what do others think about you?
In the workshop, we normally focus on the positives, but sometimes there is valuable, constructive feedback exchanged between the colours that is worthwhile to reflect upon. Comments about one’s blind zones made by others give an opportunity to gain new insight. Below is a short-list of the typical feedback exchanged between different colour-groups and collected across a number of workshops.
For the Blues
- Green about Blue: Safe inside the box, afraid of taking risks and chaos, takes on too much responsibility.
- Red about Blue: Keeps the feelings to themselves, impersonal, very self-assured about their knowledge.
For the Reds
- Green about Red: Hypersensitive, easily influenced, conflict avoidant.
- Blue about Red: Demanding due to their emotionality, taking a lot of space, afraid to be alone.
For the Green ones
- Red about Green: Not good at listening and getting people on board, lack patience, individualists.
- Blue about Green: Many big words and little action, hard to understand, chaotic.
