Diversity Icebreaker® (DI) is a learning tool that for nearly three decades has helped people around the world understand themselves, others — and how differences can become a valuable resource in collaboration, communication, and innovation.

DI differs from traditional personality and team tools (such as MBTI, DISC, and Insights) in that the Red, Blue, and Green categories are not predetermined but are created by the participants themselves during the seminar. This means that participants collectively construct a shared language for differences and collaboration — with everyone actively involved in the process.

The colours

The three colours represent different communication and interaction styles:

Blue – structure, facts, and precision
Green – ideas, change, and possibilities
