Below, we provide descriptions of typical qualities for a person with one color preference or another. Remember that although you may have one color preference, you also have qualities from the other two colors.

BLUE preference:

People with a strong Blue preference prioritize being concrete and practical. They like to calculate and work toward solutions in a systematic manner. Those with a strong Blue preference want things to be useful and serve a purpose. The aim of communication is to solve tasks in a precise way. In decision making processes, they tend to want facts to be presented, and measure arguments in terms of usefulness and goal achievement. People with a strong Blue preference are concerned with ensuring clear-cut end results and correct details.

RED preference:

People with a strong Red preference enjoy spending time with other people. They have a lot of friends, and tend to get energy from dialogue and being together with others. Personal and enthusiastic messages are most effective in order to influence those with a strong Red preference. They seem to effortlessly open conversation with new people. They are open about their feelings and find it easy to talk about them with others. At the same time, those with a strong Red preference show respect and patience towards others. Harmony in social settings is the most important thing to them, which may lead to more concrete tasks being given lower priority. The goal of communication is to ensure inclusion and solidarity.

GREEN preference

People with a strong Green preference are interested in new ideas and the possibility of being able to do things differently. Unusual and untraditional ideas and solutions set their enthusiasm on fire! They enjoy looking deeply into a question or issue and looking at the overall picture—as well as discovering new angles from which to tackle their task. Multiple perspectives often enable those with a strong Green preference to come up with imaginative solutions that connect diverse sets of ideas. They are ambitious and have high goals, often with a far-reaching perspective of tomorrow’s possibilities.
