Badges
The badges are a playful way to highlight one’s dominant preference and can be used to support follow-up activities.
The text “...but also Red and Green!” (on a Blue badge, for example) reinforces a key learning point from the workshop: everyone reflects all three colours to varying degrees and has the ability to adapt.
They work especially well as an icebreaker when worn before a social gathering after the workshop, such as a dinner or similar event.
