How does the online version work in practice?
How it works
When you order the online version, you receive a unique link or QR code to display for participants during the seminar — for example, on a shared screen or projector. All participants use the same link to complete the questionnaire on their mobile phone, tablet, or computer. As soon as they finish, their results are automatically calculated and shown on screen as three colorful speedometers representing their scores for the Red, Blue, and Green dimensions.
If you prefer participants to complete the questionnaire in advance, simply send them the link by email or similar. At the end of the questionnaire, they can choose to enter their phone number or email address to receive their results directly — making it easy to retrieve them later.
Simplified response format
Each question uses a 1–7 rating scale, and the results are presented on a 0–100 scale for each color. The average (norm) score for all colors is set at 50, making it easy to interpret one’s dominant color preference instantly.
Group activities
Since participants do not use a physical form, the facilitator introduces a few key characteristics of each color to start the group discussions. The PowerPoint presentation included with your order provides a dedicated slide for this purpose.
Additional participant materials
At the end of a standard DI seminar, the recommended PowerPoint presentation displays a link or QR code that gives participants access to more information about the colors, reflection tasks, and related materials.
Group profile included
Immediately after participants have completed the questionnaire, you can share the group profile with them. It shows how the group compares to the norm and how participants are distributed within a two-dimensional Hexagon diagram. Learn more about the different views of the group profile here.
