Innovation booklet

This Innovation Booklet offers ideas on how to use the Diversity Icebreaker in creativity and innovation processes.

It is intended for facilitators, consultants, leaders, teams and individuals who want to integrate the Diversity Icebreaker into workshops or development initiatives with an innovation focus.

Innovative work is complex and often requires collaboration across teams, departments and organisations. To succeed, it can be important to strengthen inclusion and create arenas that encourage knowledge sharing. While the booklet does not provide ready-made solutions, it offers a solid theoretical grounding and presents practical ideas for workshops, meeting facilitation, building learning communities, leadership practices and planning for innovation.
