TEAM - extended use
Free introduction webinar to tool’s extended use in longer workshops and development processes.
MORE THAN AN "ICEBREAKER"
Diversity Icebreaker is also used in longer development processes for both individuals, groups and entire organizations. This year, we will conduct a number of webinars where we will share ideas and practical knowledge useful for you as a consultant and/or leader to design longer workshops and developmental processes with the tool. Our aim is to give you an even greater benefit from using the Diversity Icebreaker (DI) in various context, over a longer period of time.
TEAM
Diversity Icebreaker has often been associated with how to best utilize individual differences, e.g. which colour is best for a given role in the team. The Red, Blue and Green preferences are also about how team members process information when solving problems together and the model is therefore highly applicable in creative problem solving and decision making.
But, team development is about much more than the differences between people. It is also about setting goals, allocating work tasks and learning together.
FORM
In this webinar you will learn about how Red, Blue and Green are relevant for team composition, allocation of tasks, decision making, setting goals, and shared reflection. This can be relevant for a targeted development of a new team, or revitalization or further development of an existing one with the use of DI. You will learn about exercises and methodology based on Red, Blue and Green and to get ideas for design of longer developmental processes. You will also get access to written trainer materials after the webinar.
TARGET GROUP
This webinar is for those who already have experience facilitating the Diversity Icebreaker workshops and are interested in tool’s application in team work and teambuilding, as well as in longer development processes.
