Red, Blue and Green – Different qualities that complement one other
People with Red, Blue or Green preferences contribute differently to teamwork. Blue’s strengths lie in gathering and analyzing data, ensuring continuation and implementation. Green will often be the source of new ideas and contexts, as well as motivation for change and future-orientation. Red will be behind a feeling of positive morale and acknowledgement, keeping the team together, involving everybody and facilitating good communication.
Most importantly, Red, Blue and Green complement one other with their differences. Assuring that all colors contribute will increase chances for teamwork to succeed.
